International Talent brings talents and companies together
The aim is to bring together international talents and multicultural companies in Central Finland.
Four interactive, educating, and matchmaking workshops we narrow the gap between the talents and companies.
4th workshop
Theme: International Talent for Innovation Business and Technology

We warmly welcome you to International Talent fourth workshop!
This time we will hear stories about innovation and how it can be specially be created by international talents.
During the event also the International Employer of the Year – Central Finland will be awarded.
During the workshop we will hear Transformation Lead of AGCO Corp / Valtra Tapio Honkonen about team innovation with following topic: ”Inspect and Adapt – Innovation in global teams”
And Project Manager of Crazy Town Pavel Popov with a topic ”Creating a better future by providing opportunities to grow”.
After our wonderful speakers we will have a panel discussion with them and some time for networking. Mari Suoranta from University of Jyväskylä will also join our panel.

A project aimed at targeting an international high-quality workforce to multicultural companies searching for talent. Through networking, we bring together professionals trained in Finland or abroad and multicultural actors in Central Finland. We increase awareness of what Central Finland offers for international actors, and what international talents offer for multicultural Central Finland-based companies.
International Talent project has organized already two events.
First with the theme of Multicultural working environment and community in October 2022.
And second with the theme of International Entrepreneurship in November 2022.
